Thank you for visiting. I would like to take the opportunity to share with you my personal artistic process that inspires my life and is the essence of my expression and the work I do in the world:

My life-long interest, ever since I remember, has been the exploration of consciousness. My own journey through life led me to investigate embodied movement as a doorway into the psycho-spiritual realms of my being. 

Dance improvisation opened new pathways through my body to access the unconscious material and awakened my passion for storytelling and creative expression.

When I dive within through the visceral sensations of embodied movement, I rummage about the multilayered range of my being; gliding between the somatic, psycho-spiritual, existential, archetypal, mythopoetic and ecological aspects of existence.

My personal creative process draws from this dance of fluidity between the inter-relatedness of my Body, Nature, the Cosmos and Eternity. 

I bring the interactions between the invisible inner worlds and the elements of the outer worlds to the surface, rendering them visible and relatable by sharing performance through movement, sound, visual arts, poetry and writing.

As an interdisciplinary healing artist, ritual dance maker and embodied self-discovery facilitator, I enjoy traveling globally to collaborate, teach, hold space, commune and incubate with other explorers of somatics, inner alchemy and expressive arts.

Over the years, I followed invitations to guide movement journeys for psycho-spiritual soul-discovery on land and underwater across Europe, SouthEast Asia and the USA. 

I am here to continue following my inspiration to learn, explore and expand spiritually, as well as intellectually.
